This shit is so real it's unreal! I do apologize for the continuous posts about my experience to the people who do not understand and who haven't even came close to anything like it, but I want you to understand it's not that I'm depressed, or sad, or angry, or even hurt anymore. I've already done all that and went through those emotions, now I'm going through the motions of being comfortable in my own home again and at peace. You do not have to read any of it, and it's ok to keep scrolling. This isn't necessarily for you anyways, it's more for those who have lived it. It's about knowledge, and knowledge is power. So many woman and even men have been in these shoes and felt, or were "trained" that they should keep quiet for fear of embarrassment or shame for continuously letting such a person back into their lives. Well folks, love is blind and makes you believe what you want lol. With the combined 3 years of schooling in subjects such as psychology, sociology, and some Human behavior courses along with the research I have done over the past few years on my own about narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar disorder, mental and verbal abuse, as well as working with my own therapist, I am probably damn near an expert on the topic. If I can reach out and help others who feel like they're alone in such a situation then my work has been done. You can't change someone who doesn't see an issue with their actions. Most go undiagnosed because they think the world of themselves and don't feel there is anything wrong that needs to be corrected. The best thing for your sanity and your own mental health and happiness is to walk away and hopefully forgiveness will fill your heart and soul when you're ready. Nobody's life is perfect..not even mine. But those imperfections make us who we are. garments to wear that looks sexy in the evening ????
